Information used to complete your order

Renegade Martial Arts uses your name, email, phone number, delivery address, selected products and payment status to process your purchase, arrange delivery and provide support. Stripe processes your payment details. Renegade receives the payment result; it does not store your complete card number.

Printful receives the order and delivery details needed to produce and ship your merchandise. Our hosting and database providers, Vercel and Neon, support the storefront and store order records. Your cart is saved in your browser so you can continue shopping.

Address suggestions

Checkout can use Google Maps to suggest U.S. delivery addresses while you type. Address text you enter is sent to Google to provide those suggestions. Selecting a suggestion fills the street, city, state and ZIP fields; you can edit those fields or enter an address manually instead.

Google Maps use is subject to the Google Maps terms and the Google Privacy Policy.

Order updates and support

We use your order email address to send purchase confirmations and shipping updates. These are messages about your order. This email connection does not sign you up for marketing.

Text delivery is not connected, so checkout does not currently show a text-update choice. Any future request will be optional and unchecked, will be saved only after successful payment and can be withdrawn from the private order page. Abandoned checkout does not create a saved preference. Launching live texts requires a new, matching consent disclosure.

Marketing consent is separate from order updates and is not currently collected in shop checkout.

Authorized staff can review order email sending history, contact preferences and draft messages to help with your purchase. If you submit a support request, we store your message and any photos you choose to upload. Staff can share relevant order or defect details with Printful to resolve the request.

Your private order link gives access to your order and its contact preferences. Keep it private and contact us if it has been shared accidentally.

Staff Google access

Staff Google sign-in uses identity information to verify access to the private dashboard. The separate Renegade Gmail connection requests permission to send order emails from renegadewarrenma@gmail.com. It does not request permission to read or delete mailbox messages. Its authorization is stored encrypted on the server and is not provided to customers.

Google user information and authorization are used to operate these features. We do not sell that information or use it for advertising. The account owner can revoke the connection through Google Account permissions; doing so stops future email delivery until it is reconnected.

Your information

We retain order and support records for fulfillment, customer service and business recordkeeping. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion. Some records may need to be kept for accounting or unresolved orders.
